share.

THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL OR SCIENTIFIC BOARD. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THIS BOARD

This is a community of FRIENDS. This is not a community of Scientists,

Doctors, or Experts. Even if someone says they're an expert. Hooey! This

board is all about INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCE.

Anything here that nurtures your soul and your quality of life should be

enjoyed and cherished. Anything that has to do with your body and your

health should be between you and your professional health care adviser.

Discuss it all you want, but at the end of the day, YOU are responsible for

securing your own healthcare and nutritional guidance from qualified

professionals in your own community.
