Guest guest
Thanks, and Kate, for responding. Wish I dumped more from sugar so that I would leave it strictly alone, but it seems to take a certain combination of foods to bring on a dumping episode. Sometimes I can get away with a candy bar (not that we ever truly get away with bad choices), but milk and cereal will send me to the couch for a bad hour. I know what I have to do -- hit the protein and water and fibre. Nice to have that decision reinforced by reading everybody's posts.
