Hi, Rita and all...you mentioned citrical...do you know if you can put that

into a protein drink? Thanks.

Oh, whoops, it is not citrical that I have....it is CalMax, which is a

powder. It has a little bit of a taste which I do not like, so was

wondering if it could just be mixed in with the protein shake. Again,

thanks.

My calcium is in capsule form. I just open the capsule and mix it in with

my protein powder as I make my morning shake. I've also added it to

scrambled eggs, tuna, etc. I get it from www.Vitalady.com.

Thanks to all who posted about the calcium citrate capsules....sounds like

the way to go!~ , I MUST get to your site and place an

order....look for me soon!
