Guest guest
Oh, whoops, it is not citrical that I have....it is CalMax, which is a powder. It has a little bit of a taste which I do not like, so was wondering if it could just be mixed in with the protein shake. Again, thanks. marilyn vt_rita wrote: > I would think if you crushed the tablets you could mix em with > something. Guest guest
My calcium is in capsule form. I just open the capsule and mix it in with my protein powder as I make my morning shake. I've also added it to scrambled eggs, tuna, etc. I get it from www.Vitalady.com. S.
