, Ginger and Pam -- Thanks for replying to my inquiry on kidney stones.

With my 3 y.o. granddaughter visiting from California, I was in and out all

day and was not able to reach the doctor yesterday. Ned's urine cleared

today, but late this afternoon he passed " 3 " more -- all during the same

voiding. I'm going to try to look into the salt and stone connection.

Heaven knows with Ned's being on Florinef and not only increasing his dietary

salt the past 10 years, but also taking 3 grams of sodium in tablet form,

there could definitely be a connection. I'll let you know if anything turns

up.

Judy,

Did they analyse the stones to see what type the were? If they are calcium

stones, cranberry juice can help. In any case knowing what type they are can

indicate what type of diet change you may need.
