Bill,

When the meeting was originally scheduled for September, Don was

planning to have it professionally videotaped. I haven't spoken or

heard from him in regard to his plans for the May meeting, but I'm

hoping that that is still in the plan. I do plan to take notes, but

if there is a video that could be passed around to those that cannot

be in attendance, it will be much better.

Carol,

Don is planning an audion taping not video. Audio alone with 100 dupes will

cost about $2500 which is in the vicinity of what it costs for a day and a

half here. We need to alert the troops that it will be available at a small

cost for the duplication (which Don agrees to put audio tapes for the next

conference). He called as soon as I emailed him ) I am steering a $1000

donation his way to help with the recording ) bribery ) I am busy -

leaving for Baltimore now and date tomorrow also.
