Guest guest
Not sure of the original post about the drinking. I am 13 months out. I've lost all my weight, I weigh below my idea weight for my height. I've started goin' out on Friday nights, not every Friday, but done two outta the last five. I can't drink regular beer, it bottoms my blood sugar out. I drink the Michelob Ultra. 95 cals and 2.6 gms carbs in a 12 oz bottle, and it tastes good. I drink three or four and I'm pretty blitzed. I usually have some water, I sober real quick and then I'll have a couple more. I'm young, single again, and am gonna have a good time. The idea of liver damage concerns me, however, I don't drink every week and surely not every night. The first 10-11 months after surgery I couldn't drink anything carbonated, this meant beer or soda's. Now I can do both, I feel like a normal person and am enjoying my new life. I know I don't post often, I wanna welcome all the new member's. Glad to see yall here, glad you all made it that first year, very happy for your success. Life is GREAT on this side. Again, Welcome to the group, use it, enjoy it. BTW: I'm goin' to go and post updated pics on my simple little web-site, should be up in the next few mins.
