Does anyone have PCOS- Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome / Disease? Any info on

post-GB-op needs and/or treatment? Person asking takes glucophage/metformin

and aldactone. If you still take meds now, are amounts reduced? or

eliminated? or same.

Thanks, appreciate it,

love,

ceep

Yes! I have PCOS and had Open RNY 13 1/2 months ago. I haven't taken

metformin since and my labs indicate the insulin resistance is going away!

Yee-haw! I didn't really do anything different post-op, so good luck to

you!
