Incidentally but importantly, I am achieving very good mood and mental

health results with OmegaBrite omega-3 fatty acids. I'm taking about 3

grams a day and while it made me tired the first few weeks, it's leveling

off with very nice anti-anxiety and anti-depressive effects. If you do a

google search on " omega 3 fatty depression " or something like that, you can

see all of the articles. Their site is www.omegabrite.com

How is this possible? I thought that " we " don't absorb fats, oils, etc. Bcuz

of that, I quit taking my fish oil caps right after WLS. Are you a very short

proximal?

Thanx,

, I totally agree. I think many, if not most, of us proximals or

medials (I'm 150 cm bypassed) absorb much of what we ingest. Of course,

everyone is different, and because of that difference we must monitor our

labs, but often for the most part, malabsorption is not as extensive as we

think. Again, YMMV.
