I got the Flinstones advice and bought ONE bottle. Fred & Barney are NASTY.

Anyway by the time I had my first labs at 2 months post op my B-12 was

already down to 211. The shots did not make me feel any better, but the

sublingual tablets do seem to be helping relieve my exhaustion. A year

later

I'm just barely breaking 300 b-12 level. Have you actually seen a diploma

in

your surgeon's office??
