Chromagen is a good one, as long as it works FOR YOU. The only one we're

sure does more damage than good is ferrous SULFATE. I think Chromagen is

ferrous fumarate (150mg elemental), which is good on paper, but doesn't work

for everyone PLUS vit C + B12 + folic acid.

Wait a minute. FERROUS SULFATE does more harm than good? I MISSED SOMETHING!
