Guest guest
Does anyone out there know whether or not there's ever been a "home show" for people who need to make adjustments to their homes to accommodate people in wheelchairs, etc.? I think it would be so cool to go to a one-stop home show at a convention center to see the latest in hospital beds, wheelchairs, safety ramps, super poles, power lifts, etc. and all kinds of other things I'm sure I don't even know exist. It would be great to see demonstrations and pick up product information, wouldn't it? My stepdad will never use a computer for anything, so he won't get information on all these products off the web--i.e., a "virtual home show." I was thinking that if I could let him know of a convention in Las Vegas where such products were being displayed, that he might actually check it out. Any ideas? Thanks. By the way, he's still planning to go to Costa Rica for 4 days. My mother cannot make the trip; he's trying to arrange for her care while he's gone. She thinks it's a waste of his time and money, but he says he needs to get the option out of his system. ~ Penner, Ph.
