Wouldn't clutter up your inbox, but I thought this was important:

Lowcarbezine! reader Stacey Landry emailed me today with a heads up

regarding a recall of Carbolite brand chocolate bars. Apparently some

of their chocolate almond bars went out in wrappers marked " milk

chocolate " . Since nut allergies can be fatal, I thought it was important

to let you know right away. Here's what details I've seen:
