In order for me to lose weight and maintain my protein levels, here's a

typical day (I am a distal procedure - DS - so I have more malabsorption than

6:30 - protein shake

10:00 - protein shake

12:30 - 1 c. cottage cheese or chicken salad,1 serving bread product

6:00 - 4-6 ozs meat, veggies, salad, 1/2 baked potato

8:00 - invarably something sweet (a cookie, 1/4 c. ice cream, etc.)

9:00 - protein shake
