Hi, Tanicka--

If that were ME, I would go back to my weight loss surgeon & see what he/she

intends to do? After I have that " advice " --I would then get a consultation

with yet another surgeon.

Then, I would examine my options and research it a bit....and....ask opinions

of those who have been through it on AMOS and on here & other groups.

All of this TO Make THE decision which course of action would be best for me.

Best wishes to you, Barb B.

But don't surgeons consider the surgery a success if 50% of the

excess weight is lost and the loss is maintained for 2 years? If so,

Tanicka's surgeon may be happy with the results.

I am at 235, down from 370. My surgeon says anytine I am comfortable

and ready to go ahead with a TT. to go ahead. He seems to feel that

anything more from here on out is gravy. He would LIKE to see me

below 200, but he seems OK if this is as far as I go. I personally

would like to get to 180.

What do you think?
