Guest guest
Sally, So far we have not had any problems with Tricare. Tricare for Life has been great with prescriptions and their formulary has increased and is supposed to be increasing even more. We are able to use the civilian pharmacy and get everything on my dad's list. The nonformulary drugs are $9, formulary $3. I suspect it will take a long time to get the bugs out since all of these retirees started the program in October. It really helped to go to a briefing on Tricare before it began. I did hear on that they mistakenly forgot to pay any bills for several months but were writing the service providers to let them know it would be coming. So far so good but I will be very cautious now that you have shared your experiences with Tricare. Jean (Phoenix)
