If you believe your surgeon is wrong here, go and see another surgeon for a

2nd opinion. You can even go to a third. My surgeon did inner thigh, lower

back lift, and a tummy tuck in one 5 hour procedure. Everything went

perfectly! Absolutely no complications whatsover. I healed quickly and 2

months later I hardly even remember the damn thing happening.

Inner thigh reduction is so painful and so prone to infection that I

would not even think of combining it with other surgeries in a nearby

area (e.g., panni, LBL).

In fact, from what I read about it on the ossg-plasticsurgery list, I

would not entertain the idea of an inner thighplasty unless my thighs

were in really terrible shape. Besides, the LBL, if it includes a

butt lift and outer thigh lift, can take up some of the excess skin

in the thigh area (mine did).
