Guest guest
Thanks for responding. What procedure is JIB? Risking more malabsorption is not what scares me its the thought of another surgery and its possible acute complications. I am happy with my RNY and if I never lose another pound I still believe it was huge success, it just tweeked my curiosity talking to this woman in the waiting room. I was wondering if anyones WLS has mentioned going from a proximal or medial to a distal for more weight loss. Thanks Ann in SoCal.

Guest guest
I was wondering how many of us out here have stopped losing weight for good with this procedure? Any comments on that? I really don't want to think I am stuck here at 240 for the rest of my life. I did weigh 385. I knwo that I am on a plateau and have been for a while but it's been my doing. No exercise, not enough water and snacking.... Is there any encouragement at all Thanks Amy
