The one thing with the MSA it doesn't always repond to sinemet the way Parkinson does. It can have it's off and on times. Make sure that your husband is taking it an hour before he eat's or two hour's after.

My husband is 70, he is taking sinimet 3 times a day. Is progessing very poorly. He is taking effexsor for depression and viox for pain. No positive results.
