Guest guest
Vera, Bill W. was the person who was expert in manipulating the K Mart inventory system to get extra long sheets. You'll probably have to wait until he gets back from Australia to get the instructions. As I recall they involve going to a newly opened K Mart store. Of course with K Mart's financial condition you may have a hard time at that. When we were buying a matress for Peg we found that there was an extra long mattress option that was 4 inches longer than the regular mattress. I haven't been able to get sheets that fit the mattress well but we've been able to get by with the regulars. Cairns, Australia has a K Mart. In Australian terms that's 'close' to where Anne is on the Gold coast. Only a thousand or so miles away. Maybe you can sweet talk Bill into bringing some sheets back. Promise him some fudge made with cubes of butter. Peg and Jim from Guam >Also someone gave us a electric hospital bed. I remember some of you talking >about sheets for the hospital bed's that were extra long and I know you said >where you could find them. I think it was Wal Mart or K Mart, but I could be >wrong. Guest guest
Vera: We found that the Martha sheets from K-Mart were long enough to fit Ken's hospital bed and we didn't have to buy the very expensive ones from the hospital supply.
