I just remembered it is my 4 year WLS anniversary! I am so blessed...

Thanks for reminding me, today is my 4 year anniversary too!

I've lost 18 of the (22 or so) rebound pounds I've put on over the last year

and a half. I am pain free, I can do so much more, and best of all, I am NOT in

a wheelchair!

I am happier than I've ever been, and every day is better than the one before.

Thanks to everyone for your support and prayers,

love and hugzzz

Wow, October 7th is the four year anniversary of my surgery too! It has been

a rebirth for me too. I am healthy and more than 200 pounds thinner than I

was in 1998. Life is good thanks to a very skilled and loving surgeon, Dr.

Marcus, who has since retired. Thanks too to a great support system

including my very supportive wife who nursed me back to health and now puts

up with my self absorbed " I am thinner than you " attitude. Thanks also to a

wonderful support group in land with whom I still interact even though

I've moved to southern Florida. Life is so good now.
