I have a question for anyone out there that may have experienced this. Right

now I am dealing with some sort of infection with Chrissie. I think that it

is sinus.

She was put on an antibiotic that resulted in a skin rash, taken off and now

started on somethng different. Yesterday when she stood up, granted she did

spend most of the day in her recliner, the veins in her legs looked liked

they would pop right out.

From the calf of her leg to just over the knee, it looked like you could just

pull them out. They were bulging out. No edema at all around the ankles or

anywhere else for that matter. When she lies down the veins recede. Today the

same thing although not as prominent. I suspect it is something to do with

b/p, but wonder if it is something that I should be concerned about.

The good news is that the antibiotic has resolved the constipation problem

for the moment, but resulting in stomach pain. Oh well, another day in the

life of MSA.

Thanks for being here.

I've experienced something similar. Doc told me to

make sure I kept up drinking water (unless I was unable to pee) and take

a daily aspirin to avoid blood clots. Gentle movement and massage

were helpful. As suddenly as this started it dissapeared.

Just brain on the fritz.
