Just remember, after you pay attention to your protein and carb intake,

sometimes your head will seem to beg for food and it really means water. I

almost passed out at work the other day when someone asked me if I had any

water. I work inside and the only time I am outside is walking to and from

the car in the dark, but the 110 days still got to me too. A light went on

and at the end of the first 1/2 liter, I was much better. I find it almost

impossible to get exercise and am not so sure that there is much reason to be

outside. I know I don't have time to travel to an indoor facility so for now

it is going to have to be vigorous house cleaning and taking the stairs

instead of the escalator the first year is such a rapid time for changing. It

is going to slow down...the loss and the changes and the reactions from other

people. Just try to find some other things to focus on and see how you start

to feel then. If it does not get better, see your dr and don't let him brush

you off until you find the answer.

this is good too :)
