Dear Gaylene: We are SO glad you posted. We want you here with us. I agree

the first thing is to rule out mechanics. You go to your surgeon and say I

want a scope. There is a kind of primitive test you can do at home. Anyone?

What is the cottage cheese test? Can you tell Gaylene how to do it?
