Dear Dorothy,

Please accept our condolences on the loss of your husband .

I am so happy that you were able to find comfort and information

from this list. They are a wonderful group of people. I would like to

thank you and your husband for being willing to donate his brain tissue

so that others may someday benefit from it.

Please take some time for yourself and know that you had the gift of

being with in his last moments.
