There's just no such thing as too much salt....just the THOUGHT of salt

makes me want to get out the salt shaker. I bought unsalted pistacios by

accident once...ewwwwwww.. I got out my salt shaker, shook the salt into the

palm of my hand, and then would pop the salt after popping the nuts. I

really am a salt sicko. =)

My way of making food " un-eatable " is to pour a very large amount of salt

all over it, so that while it still looks ok, it would taste horrid, and I

couldn't eat it, even if I wanted to. This works really well at restaurants

when I know I need to stop eating and probably won't if the food remains

sitting in front of me.
