Guest guest
I am wondering about the use of milk thistle for liver function. My last blood work showed some of my liver enzymes elevated. For anyone here who takes milk thistle, or has taken it, how much do you take per day? And, what kind of results have you seen after taking it for a while? Thanks, Lynn
