Guest guest
Just one more thing I want to add to this subject about TT pain. I really believe that because I upped my protein almost double of my normal amount 8 weeks prior to and 8 weeks after surgery that it helped me so much more with healing. I can't say that it was what made the pain minimal, but I sure healed a lot faster than with any other surgery I've had in the past. Just wanted to share. By the way, I was advised to do this pre-loading of extra protein from some very special " graduates. " Thanks again, Donna M.
Guest guest
I protein loaded for two months prior to my TT also, but it hasn't helped with the pain. I'm sure that it's helped with the healing though, so it's definitely worth it. ------------------------------------------------ Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.comT http://www.5dollarhosting.com (877)-838-HOST / .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune! ® Re: Re: TT Pain??? > Just one more thing I want to add to this subject about TT pain.
