Does anyone know what vitamin defiencency causes this?

I was wondering if anyone out there has experienced this also. I

have always had long nails but lately they seem to be growing under

or curving under. I heard a vitamin def causes this but I don't

know what one. Anyone have any idea? I have always gotten plenty

of protein in so that's why my nails grow so long and beatutiful but

the last couple of months they have been starting to curve under.

Wonder if it has anything to do with the flashing lights too. All

the docs I have seen say their occular migraines I am not so sure

but I have medication I can try to see if they go away. I should

figure being almost 3.5 years out I would develop something because

I haven't always taken my vitamins like I should. Could also be the

reason why I got a cold this past weekend I haven't had one in over

2 years. I have to be careful since my immune system is suspposed

to be weakened since I don't have a spleen anymore. I will

eventually learn I guess.
