Guest guest
" know " as in matches = fire? No, I don't think so. There are rules of thumb, MANY sized thumbs. I've always gone with a basic 60g for any human. And then graduate up from there according to how much wt you want to lose, muscle you want to retain or build, skin you want to keep tight, etc. I have to go by what holds my lab levels, minimum, pLUS what makes me feel good. m How much protein is recommended daily? > Hello everyone.... Guest guest
The FDA RDA is 50 grams of protein a day. Your actual need will vary on your size and exercise level. I an 56, 6'2 " , 187 lbs and get about 60 grams a day from food. I rarely take a protein supplement.
