Guest guest
Are you taking your vitamins everyday? Some deficiencies show as muscle soreness. I would definitely go to a doctor and see if he can determine what is going on. Rasley mailto:drasley@... " Are you having them done regularly? Are the a complete set in the sense that WLS patients need them? Do you track them yourself? How often? I just think that is step one when thinking about any health issue with a post op. Just my thoughts Dan Slone Surgey 5/2/2000
Guest guest
Thanks everyone on the input. Here is some more information some of you had asked about. I have not asked my surgeon about it because unfortunately he doesn't have any type of after care. When I say no after care I mean not crap he doesn't even believe you need to have labs done. So I recently had my labs done, the ones Curran recommends, by my ob/gyn. But I have no idea what I am looking at LOL. They are all in the normal ranges. But also because I didn't know better I have nothing to compare them to. I do take a vitamin twice a day and my calcium citrate three times a day (again the one sells). Now as far as protein goes I stopped drinking it. I know I know bad me but I was having the muscle pains while I was drinking it. I have never drank more than one a day with it containing 25g. So If Ii now weigh 192 to 195 depending on the day and I want to get down to like 150 how much should I be drinking? Protein probably is my problem so go easy on me and just tell me just how much to drink LOL. Oh and thanks to the one that suggested the banana thing I had already tried that.
