I wanted to thank everyone for their responses and concerns. I did go the ER

(my daughter took me). The ER doctor did not x-ray me but just poked me around

and declared I had a back spasm... *sigh*.... I told them I had them years ago

but this one felt like it exploded back there.

I'm so doped up on muscle relaxants and pain killers ... it still hurts... He

ordered 2 shots for me and now I have Vioxx, skelaxin, and tramadol. Sweet way

to spend my weekend, huh?

Well... I'm going to follow up with my regular doctor on Monday.
