Guest guest
well i am getting definite on no fenol killing yeast. i had an improvement on taking a no fenol before breakfast and after about 10 days i started to take it before bed as well and thats what made the difference even at that spacing it still noticeably helps with phenols and makes amino acids more avaliable, tyrosine and also i guess tryptophan. one of the problems with yeast is that it seems to do well on what supplements provide as well as sugar. like i am taking msm and magnesium, these feed yeast. i am keeping the msm to a minimuim but adding a very small amount everytime i drink which ties in with a constant blood sulphur level facilitating toxic metals elimination. somebody baked me some biscuits the other day with a reasonable amount fo sugar in them, they were making me feel hyper so i had to chuck them away. > I have been following the posts about yeast problems and no- > fenol (whether it helps or hurts yeast growth) and I was wondering > if we have had any input from Devin as to whether or not breaking > up the insoluble/cellulose fibers in the intestines is actually > feeding the yeast or depriving it of its food source. > > I am in a quandry as to what to do about the constant yeast die-off > (or, possibly yeast regrowth) that we have with the no-fenol (I give > GSE along with it twice a day). > > I remember posting that he takes the no-fenol away from food > and it has really helped him.
