Guest guest
I promise I am not trying to start another discussion about calcium, but do have a good question. A friend of mine who knows about my surgery asked me today what type of calcium I take and if I had ever heard of coral calcium. I have heard of it as my mother has taken it for years, but honestly don't know much about it. She had seen a program on tv that said coral calcium is supposed to be really good for absorption and also that it has other things in it that are beneficial for our bodies. She wanted to know if I knew anything about it and I told her that I had a very good source to find out. My question for you guys is what exactly is the difference between the coral calcium and the citrate type and is it as good (or even better) than the citrate type or not. And is this a type of calcium that we can take or not. I am basically curious about it and wanted to get some information for both her and I. Any help you can give me will be very much appreciated. Again, I certainly don't want to start another calcium debate here, but I felt it was a very good question. Thanks in advance for any help.
