SSRI medication requires a certain constant level of liver metabolism to maintain blood levels. Therefore, using GSE along with SSRI medications can either cause too much medication to be in the bloodstream [so you would have to reduce the dose of the SSRI] or it can cause fluctuating levels, which is not good. Guest guest Posted July 6, 2002 Report Share Posted July 6, 2002 Could someone recommend what to use to help keep yeast at bay if your child was taking GSE and no-phenol but needs to take a small dosage of Prozac daily?
