Guest guest
Hi Jim: Your right my list didn't have the Lactulose on it. Before Ginger and you listing it, I hadn't seem it before as something to use. I now wonder ? Do you make it to use or do you fine it at a drug store? Wouldn't mind trying it for Fred at times. How is Peg's hand doing? Is she still in a cast? Take Care Vera Subject: Suppositories Another name for Bisacodyl is Ducolax. Ducolax is a brand name so they are much more expensive but they are more widely available and are easier to find when you're out. One treatment that I don't think is on Vera's list is lactulose. Lactulose is an invert sugar solution that is not used by the body and therefore helps the stools become softer. Too much can cause very loose stools so you need to be somewhat careful.
