Now I understand more about the 10 lb thing -- 10 lbs means my cloths don't

fit me anymore when it used to take 30 or 40 lbs for me to have to change

cloths sizes... now it takes 7 / 10 lbs for me to have jeans that are WAY

too tight so NOW I get why I agonize over the 10 lbs... I am NOT changing

cloths AGAIN -- that is too huge of a head issue for me.

Took me FOREVER to move all the sizes out of my closet and only keep what

really fit me -- that was / is / one of my biggest head issues and I am not

willing to begin buying another size up -- yet, if I don't loose the weight

that's what I'd have to do.

Know what comes to mind first??? All those stupid ad's on TV for " quick

weight loss " the " loose 14 lbs in 2 days " things I KNOW are a lie and if not

a total lie they are at least unhealthy but they've started turning my head

again and that's another place I do not want to go...

For me, agonizing over the 10 lbs has a whole lot more to do than with just

the 10 lbs. It's about changing cloths sizes, it's about " thinking / sick

thinking " about diets and mess -- it's a frame of mind that is sick for me.
