update on the new meds;

So far it's been a mixed bag, it is still just the first week. I am

still constipated, had one quality bathroom day, although I suspect it

did not exactly catch me up. My colour is better, and I've had a

little more energy the last three days (but then again that might be

for entirely diffent reasons). The dosage was doubled on Sunday. I

have noticed more and more painful abdominal cramping, which is not

productive. So for an anti-spasmotic, I'm at a loss why this would

happen. Tomorrow I'll make another appointment with my doctor (unless

it is all postponed due to province-wide doctor's strikes). By the

end of the month they won't even be renewing presciptions, from what I

have read.

I painted most of today, not unhappy with the results either, I rarely

do still-life's, wonder what brought that on. Plan to paint again

tomorrow (do it while you can). Sun sank in a red sky, should be nice

tomorrow, thought it could stand to warm up a bit (snow and frost in

May?)
