Guest guest Posted November 8, 2002 Report Share Posted November 8, 2002 This month's edition of Shape has a couple of interesting articles on predictors of future weight gain based on current eating habits,and an article on people who are on diets and still can't seem to lose. I was surprised to read that people who have adequate calcium intake are less likely to gain weight.
