Hi folks. I haven't posted in a long time. I was disappointed with

the results of my surgery and turned away from all the support lists.

I started off very slow and it never got better. I began by using

protein drinks and taking all my supplements, but after the first year

, I just didn't keep up with it. I gained back a few lbs. - maybe 15

or so and thats been it.

Here's the problem though...

I am 32 months post-op medial open rny. In the last 6 weeks I have

broken 2 twos after fairly simple bumps. I broke my elbow after a

fall in March. Then I broke it again two weeks later, so it took

quite a while to heal. My dentist says I need a bone graph under my

bridge due to bone degeneration.

I'm a little freaked out. I didn't start putting it all together

until yesterday when I broke the second toe. I'm going to call my

doctor and ask for a bone density work-up tomorrow. Keep your fingers

crossed for me.
