I have not had my consultation with the surgeon yet, but am scheduled for surgery for hernia repair and a tummy tuck in December. I was wondering, though....I heard that you end up losing your belly button with this surgery, at least the way he does it. Anybody know about this? and if so, is it weird to not have a belly button? Seems a bit strange to me....like I may feel like an alien, or something....and then, of course, it would REQUIRE an explanation of some sort to anyone who sees this part of your anatomy, Thanks. marilyn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
