People that eat healthy can even have it and smoking can contribute to it also. Unfortunately, just losing weight may not lower it. That has happened to me. Mine was about 325 before WLS and was 250 after I hit my goal weight. I had to take Zocor to get it under 200. My doctor said that the weight loss helped but that it may have not continued to go down without medication. I'm happy it's finally " normal, " it's great to be " normal " in many ways!
