Oh my god - I can sympathize! For the first time in my life last week,

I was constipated (either the increased iron or the lack of food). What a

dreadful experience. I spent 4 days eating Metamucil biscuits to no avail.

Finally resorted to a laxative suppository. What an incredible relief. I

used one Wednesday morning and another Thursday morning, and since then,

things are back to normal.

I felt like an old person caricature - my bowels were all I thought about!!

A poop, my kingdom for a poop!
