I have one tablespoon every nite..and take other calcium tabs 2 or 3 times during the day (but not with my iron or multivitamin). The taste is not bad and in fact kind of good. Just got my results of my bone scan...with good results - " extremely low current fracture risk " . So the calcium is working ...
