I found a powdered cal citrate @ Bread and Circus, (Fresh Fields, Whole Food

Market, different name in different parts of the country, .its .in the fresh

herbs and teas area) Its very potent ,1/4= 500, AND very economical.

Lasting me a very long tiime, No more horse pills. >>

I checked w/the local Whole Foods store here by phone. They don't have

anything like this; just a powder calcium citrate in a can. Have not had a

chance to go check that one out as the store is pretty far away. Is the

500mg elemental calcium or 500mg calcium citrate? How long have you been

using this stuff, and have you had a chance to compare Dexascan results since

you switched?

Thanx,

Carol A

My Dexa scan is wonderful, no change since last year, Ive been using it

foora bout 5 montds now.

To be honest i seem to be one of the lucky ones, I still use Viactiv at

times and the Dexas were great,

Im a proxy.

My doc told me some people can do ok with some forms of calciun than others.

I also get lots of calcium in my foods, Im a big soy milk dtrinker Edensoy

Extra with extra calcium.

Some B& Cs, whole FOODs (pick your name) dont carry the sme things as

others, I fingfd this to be true from Boston to the suburbs of Western Ma or

even one Boston store to another.

You can ask the sore to get it though.

I love it.
