Guest guest Posted July 19, 2002 Report Share Posted July 19, 2002 Hi everyone, I need to vent! The scale went up 3 lbs 5 days ago for no reason and won't move!! I am faithfully recording on Fitday.com, about 1100 calories, about 40 carbs, and 40 fats, and 24 WW points. I am doing 1 hr water aerobics 3X week, and have done Curves for 3 days! I am getting ready to scream!! Help!! I started protein drinks 2 days ago.....entering them into Fitday too..... I just got Vitaladys protein samples...will start them today....
