Absolutely no idea. Only how much protein supps in, how much sugar out.

May I ask?

I'm about the same -- about 500 food, between 900/1200 protein shake a day,

more on days of hard workout's less on days with easier workout's... that

maintains my weight and energy levels. Those are not " hard " numbers -- it

goes up and down depending.

Betty,

I didn't count calories since my RNY...I ate whatever, I

wanted and lived a very physically demanding work schedule.

I ate several small meals daily, and went from 413lbs to

under 190lbs between July 13, 1979 and September, 1980.

Kept this routine till, January 1999, when I had a Colon

resection because of cancer. In September, 1999 I developed

an abdominal fistula (several perforations have been

identified since having been through 2 unsuccessful surgical

procedures to correct them, they are located in my small

intestine, and also in my lower stomach), these

perforations, leak through to the surface of my stomach

skin, now mind you, the thickest skin on our body, is over

the abdomin (approx. 1 1/8 " thick). So I have been under

another surgeon's care since October, 2000 for this fistula

to be corrected, and he has me on a " high " calorie diet.

I take in 1907 calories per day...(that is not counting my 4

to 6 caffeene free pepsi that I drink per day, 150 calories

each).

No protein supplements in my diet, since this problem arose,

as it just leaks to the surface of my skin.

This is " unrelated " to my RNY surgery!!!!
