Calcium in Crystal Light

Sorry if this was already brought up. I was on vacation for a month, so I

missed a lot. I was just in the grocery store and noticed a new kind of

Crystal Light drink mix that has Calcium in it. The Calcium is Calcium

Fumarate. I know that is not as good as Calcium Citrate, but I think it is

at least OK. I tried some of this, and it tastes just like the regular

Crystal Light. I still take my pills, but this seems like a good way to

get in a little more Calcium on top of that.

Even though I take my citrate in pills, I've started adding 1 scoop UpCal to

my protein when I think of it. It's a quick 250mg + D & it does NOT

interfere with the perfection of my PS100. I'm all for a little extra

calcium. My bone scan is due NOW, but changing ins, so waiting a few weeks.

AND NONE TOO PATIENTLY!

Thanks,
