Guest guest
I too have the lard lumps, or lipomas--fatty cysts--according to my surgeon. My reconstructive/plastic surgeon is going to be repairing a new hernia soon, and he will remove several at that time because I don't like the bumpy appearance they now have with all my weight loss. They are most often benign. If they have any irregularity or begin to change, grow, or hurt you need them removed. You surgeon should check them out any way to be sure. So mention them in your next visit. As an extreme distal RNY patient, I no longer absorb any fats in a significant way. Because of that, my skin is very dry. I have found that and baby oil with Vitamin E and Aloe works superby to help my skin. I apply while I am still wet from the shower and let my self air dry.
