I am new to this group and would like some information/suggestions.

I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in May, 2001 and

weighed 479 lbs. I had wls in July of 2001 weighting 401. I am now

down to about 302 lbs. My problem is that I have weighed this since

May or June. I usually retain water during the summer so I was able

to not worry about it too much for the first few months but now it is

getting a little old. Has anyone else experienced this? What have

you done to jump start the weight loose? What kind of exercise do

ya'll do? I have a bad case of arthritis and am still trying to

build up my endurance from the congestive heart failure so I usually

can't do a whole lot at any one time but can spread it out over the

day if necessary. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. Lori Owen
