Dr. Kagan, ian Bros Med Center in Elk Grove Village. Dr. Victor , 201 E. Huron in Chicago. Dr. Cohen, ton-Northwestern Healthcare and Highland Park Hospital. Dr. Mimis Cohen, U of I in Chicago.
